Wednesday Paxton was 2 months old! He’s getting so big and so handsome and we just love him so much!!

This month’s milestones:
- He looks like a baby now & not a newborn
- He’s wearing mostly 0-3 month clothing but wears some 3-6 month onesies because his body is so long! (Of course baby clothing is not sized according to standards which I’m now learning!!)
- Still wearing Size 1 disposables but they are beginning to get snug
- Bum Genius diapers are on the smallest setting but we now are using the regular insert. (The newborn inserts aren’t absorbent enough now!)
- We’re cloth diapering almost exclusively. I typically put him in disposables on Sunday mornings and occasionally when we run to town but my wet bag makes cloth diapering on the go so easy!
- He is a wonderful sleeper! I typically feed him around 11:30 and he will sleep until 6:30 or 7:00 and the past few nights he’s been sleeping until 8:00, I hope that becomes a trend!!
- He’s holding his head up so good! He doesn’t have complete control but he’s getting there!
- He’s not only smiling at us, he’s also beginning to laugh a little! (Talk about heart melting…)
- He loves to talk! We carry on several conversations throughout the day!
- He traveled to East Tennessee for the first time 2 weeks ago!
- He enjoys his playmat, he’s not quite playing with the toys on it, he just lays and stares at himself in the little mirror!!
- He is beginning to sit in his Bumbo!!
- He found his thumb 4 days ago!
- Mama and Daddy left him with the Claros (the “local grandparents” since we live away from Paxton’s grandparents & they live away from their grandchildren!) on our anniversary when he was 6 weeks!
- He weighed 12 pounds 2 weeks ago (we go back this Tuesday…I’m thinking he’ll be 13 pounds!)
- He is such an easy baby which is a huge blessing!
- He makes mama and daddy love him more and more everyday!!

Loving daddy!
Precious little man!! I'm so glad he's such a good baby! I know it's a huge blessing
Cracks me up that he weighs nearly as much as Lily!
