Today Paxton is 1 month old! On one hand, I can’t believe it’s already been a month, on the other hand, I can’t believe it’s only been a month…it feels like he’s been a part of our lives forever!

Ready to go to church as a 1 month old, wearing a precious outfit that his daddy wore as a baby!

This month’s milestones:
- Starting to lose the newborn look…he’s not as curled up and looks so much longer
- He’s outgrown his newborn clothes (yes, mama had a sad moment!)
- Wearing 0-3 month clothes now (although 0-3 month pants are too big in the waist…he’s skinny like his daddy!)
- In a Size 1 diaper
- His Bum Genius One-Size diapers are on the smallest setting with a newborn insert (we put the regular insert in at night)
- Longer periods of sleep although no patterns have emerged yet. (This past week he slept 6 hours a couple of nights and 7.5 one night!)
- Trying to hold his head up!
- Rolled over at 4 days old (it hasn’t happened again yet!)
- Likes being outside, if he’s fussy we walk outside and he immediately calms
- Started making eye contact this past week
- Follows us with his eyes!
- A good little eater! We’ve had no breastfeeding issues!
- Eating every 3 hours during the day (every now and then it’ll be only 2)
- Listens to stories that mama reads, it calms him down and puts him to sleep sometimes!
- Enjoys mama singing hymns and lullabies even though I can’t sing
- Hates having his face washed but otherwise enjoys his bath time
- Likes his swing and looks out the window while swinging
- Has already Skyped numerous times (technology is wonderful with family living far away!)

What a sad little face!

A classic Paxton “burping face”! (It’s even cuter is his eyes are closed!)

I love Paxton’s expression and he looks so tiny compared to daddy’s hands!

I can't believe he's 1 month already! Wow. He's growing and it must be so much fun to watch
I have been meaning to ask… what camera do you two use to capture him?
We have a Nikon D40…we've had it 3 years and love it!! It's a wonderful investment!!
